From the kitchen to the market
Our first step was to work out the right mix of ingredients for the amount the consumer would make at home.
As most budding chefs (no pun intended), Brian never really wrote down the recipe, he just knew what to mix
in and kept working on it until it tasted right. After many hours in the kitchen, we finally developed a
recipe that was simple enough to produce and still had the rich flavor he worked so hard to perfect.
Packaging was easy enough but the character we use as our logo was a little tough to come up with. We had a
concept in mind but not being much of an artist, it took me a while to sketch out the idea. the rest of the
family loved my creation and so it stuck. Some tease that it resembles a self-portrait. ...I'd disagree.
