No, it's not made from corn...
Corn Sauce is an original family recipe, concocted by Brian (Bud) for the holidays as a sauce used on corn instead of plain old butter and salt. The sauce is a buttery, cheesy mixture with a shot of fresh roasted garlic. The combination of parmesan cheese and Bud's own special blend of spices has long been a favorite at our holiday dinner tables. We have been eating it for years and found that not only was it great on corn, but that it was delicious on nearly everything else we tried. Buds sister, Melissa, decided long ago that this was something special and has dreamed of marketing it for some time now. We finally worked out the kinks and have developed a dry mix that can be easily mixed at home and provide others with this delectable treat.
